Tradehub is a collaborative, interactive, and personalized B2B platform that accelerates the sales cycle by transforming product data into dynamic catalogs where buyers request custom quotes, negotiate live, and finalize orders—seamlessly integrating with existing systems. As businesses increasingly move towards digital transformation, Tradehub bridges the gap between traditional trade practices and modern, efficient workflows.
MY ROLE
As the Founding Product Designer at Tradehub, I helped build a new market concept that redefines how B2B transactions are conducted. I led the design process from 0 to 1, ensuring that our platform is intuitive, efficient, and impactful. I worked with the founding team to conduct extensive user research to validate the concept.
Additionally, I built the landing page using Webflow, ensuring an engaging digital presence that effectively communicates Tradehub's value proposition.
THE PROBLEM
The B2B trade industry has long struggled with inefficiencies that slow down deal-making and create unnecessary complexities. Lengthy and complicated procurement processes, coupled with a lack of transparency in pricing and negotiations, make it difficult for businesses to operate efficiently. Many companies face challenges in accessing reliable suppliers and buyers, while cumbersome documentation and compliance management further add to the administrative burden. Traditional methods relying on static PDFs, spreadsheets, and multiple messaging platforms lead to slow sales cycles, poor visibility in tracking pricing updates, and inefficient manual processes that create confusion and delays.

Tradehub is still in its closed beta phase, working closely with a diverse group of partners, including SMEs and enterprises, to continuously refine and enhance the platform. We are moving fast, iterating, and shipping updates based on real-time feedback to ensure we deliver maximum value.
